Above album by Mad Season 30th Anniversary Edition was released on May 16, 2025. Released in 1995, Above was a groundbreaking album that united members of iconic bands: Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees), Mike McCready (Pearl Jam), Layne Staley (Alice in Chains), and John Baker Saunders (The Walkabouts). The album quickly became a cultural touchstone, going on to sell over a million copies and becoming a must-have for fans of grunge and alternative rock. The newly Above album remastered, double vinyl edition include 3 additional songs that Mark Lanegan sang from the attempted 2nd album unfinished (Locomotive, Black Book Of Fear, Slip Away).
