DOWNFACE: WITHIN Second Studio Album (2001)

DOWNFACE: WITHIN Studio Album cover

Within is the second studio album by rock band Downface, released on 2001 by Hardknocks Records (Milwaukee) Wisconsin. Downface is an American post grunge and experimental rock band from Madison, Wisconsin. It was created in 1997 under the clear influences of other renowned bands such as Tool, Deftones, Failure, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam and Rusted Root . His best known piece, Alone, belonging to their first album, Confidence is often found on the Internet erroneously as the work of a non-existent group made up of the members of Pearl Jam and Alice in Chains. Similarly, some songs on the Within album are misattributed as Tool works , especially by Maynard James Keenan., all because of the vocalist’s tone of voice.
