SCOTT WEILAND: I KNOW IT’S TOO LATE Single Album cover

Scott Weiland’s Happy in Galoshes sessions yield a previously unreleased track, ‘I Know It’s Too Late’, now issued for the first time. The B-side is a live version of ‘Missing Cleveland’ recorded during his 2009 tour. This single marks the beginning of a series of releases leading up to a deluxe edition of Happy in Galoshes, which has never before been issued on vinyl. Originally released in 2008 on Softdrive Records, Happy in Galoshes was Weiland’s second solo album following 1998’s 12 Bar Blues. Co-produced by Doug Grean and Weiland, with select tracks recorded by Steve Albini, the album features contributions from Paul Oakenfold and members of No Doubt. The Bowie cover ‘Fame’ includes Oakenfold’s signature production touch. I Know It’s Too Late was released on April 12, 2025 to honour the 10th anniversary of Weiland’s passing, Primary Wave presents this material as part of an ongoing tribute to his music and legacy.
