Spinhead Sessions is an soundtrack album by Sonic Youth, containing rehearsals of music the band were preparing for the Made in U.S.A. (1987 film). The album was released in June 17, 2016. The band recorded this material in 1986, at Spinhead Studios, shortly after the completion of their album EVOL.
